To fully realise our market position, we must:
- obtain a strong presence in 4-5 countries with a minimum of 1,000 units per market
- engage in long-term partnerships with our buyers by taking full process control
- establish a strong, lean infrastructure on management activities for sales, subletting
accommodations and operations in each market incl. services related to resale of
units
- utilising economies of scale across local and transnational operations
