Domaine et Golf de Vaugouard

On the border of the Loire Valley and Burgundy, we have acquired Domaine et Golf de Vaugouard – a 19th century royal castle converted into a luxury hotel surrounded by a park golf course. The construction and sales of estimated 250 holiday homes along the golf course has commenced for hand-over in the spring of 2009.
