We have more than 100 terraced houses under construction in a project in Badolato, which is located in Calabria on the eastern coast of Southern Italy.

Like Spain, Turkey and Southern France, Southern Italy offers authentic village life and undisturbed nature, but it is still an affordable destination. The climate is warmer and sunnier than the rest of Italy and the idyllic beaches in Badolato boast crystal clear water surrounded by forest-clad mountains.
