History

Firstline Estates was established in 2005 based on a 50,000 m2 prime beach property investment near Obzor in Bulgaria. This project has developed into a resort with 524 flats with sales, rental and operations exclusively managed by Firstline Estates.

After the initial success, the company has since expanded its activities into 5 additional projects currently underway. Our activities include:
 

• Purchasing 15,000 m2 prime beach property in Byala, Bulgaria to construct 125 flats to be completed during the first half of 2008

• Acquiring 12,000 m2 prime beach property in Obzor, Southern Bulgaria for 158 apartments under construction to be completed during the second quarter of 2009

• Acquiring 10,000 m2 land in Budva, Montenegro with building rights for estimated 100 apartments to be constructed in the summer of 2008

• Entering into a joint venture in Calabria, Italy for the purpose of constructing 100 houses for a third party to be completed in 2008. The joint venture is a step towards establishing a local organisation to locate land for development in Italy.

• Acquiring Domaine et Golf de Vaugouard, a golf resort in the Loire Valley, France with 400,000 m2 land for development of 250 holiday homes. The resort includes golf course and hotel facilities. The initial build permits were obtained in October 2007.

• Acquiring Roncemay, a golf resort close to Domaine et Golf de Vaugouard, with a potential for developing up to 500 holiday homes.
